The location is at residential area, where is quiet and peaceful but walking distance to local amenities. The house is very clean and neatly. The landlord provided everything you need for a short stay. Since I had not met the landlord (Tim), he was able to response promptly when I had any questions during my stay.

We loved staying here. The bungalow had a warm and welcoming feeling. There were lots of modern details such as light sensors and a projector. Light airy rooms finished to a high standard. A sleeping fox in the garden on our arrival.

Location was perfect for staying the night before we flew from Manchester Airport and was in walking distance of Hickory’s for our evening meal- secure entry via electric gates and marked parking space so we knew our car was safe. The cottage was bigger than we expected and the bed super comfy. Coffee/tea and milk were left by host and the shower was excellent- we had an early flight so were able to lock up and leave without disturbing anyone- we’d highly recommend this and will hopefully stay again
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Cosy bedroom in one of farm buildings which acts as the main place of guests opposite the main farmhouse. Friendly host who doubles up as chef cooking and serving breakfast with the beautifully made porridge!
Lovely scenic countryside around with a couple of pubs which serve evening meals within the 1 to 5 miles radius.
Very warm & welcoming, cosy bar & lounge area. Room was clean & spacious with nice complimentary refreshments. Good powerful shower and clean bathroom. Breakfast was delicious & staff pleasantly attentive. Second visit & will definitely find time for a third👍
