Couldn't fault a thing. Very peaceful setting with just a few steps to the moors. Wonderful evening meal in the restaurant, all you could wish for at breakfast, lovely gardens and the hosts were lovely.

Bluebird Cottage is like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need plus more is there. Very clean and clearly well looked after by the owners. Nothing is too much trouble and loads of information about the property, the place and equipment is provided. Stayed in many cottages over the last 30 years and can honestly say this is one of the nicest.
Loved Pickering. So much to do and loads of excellent places to eat. Well placed to do lots of sightseeing too. Really friendly place.

Lovely base for a family in a good location. The kitchen had all the facilities you need to cook and a lovely conservatory to sit, eat and relax in. The kids loved the black room!

The cottage was very cosy . We loved the leisure suite with the pool, hot tub and sauna. It was a lovely extra to have the outdoor table tennis and pool table, which the whole family enjoyed. Beautiful setting, with a lovely water garden. Lovely pub right on the doorstep
Dog friendly and I have a big one. Nice big house, plenty of equipment. Great lounge👍🏼, very comfy sofa. Superb kitchen with freeze, oven, vitro hob which it was great, dishwasher, lots of crockery and cutlery. Nice detail on arriving a bottle of wine and a cake.
By the way, the best guest guide I’ve ever seen. Lots of very useful information.
My children really enjoyed the swimming pool, the hot tub and the table tennis.
Perfect location for walks with the dog.
