Cosy but with good, modern facilities. We loved the conservatory and the garden especially. Lovely situation. Everything we could want in village with shops, pubs and restaurants. Beautiful countryside for walks.around the village. Peaceful and people friendly. Not far from coast and many inland attractions too.

The house was a lovely place to stay, close to amenities. Ann, the host was exceptional as she made you feel so welcome with a personal touch. We had been traveling for hours only to find milk in the fridge, fresh bread, fruit, biscuits, smoothies for the kids. Such a lovely gesture. Thank you Ann, we will be back again. X

Anuka Lodge is beautiful Clean, warm, homely. Everything you need. Bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on when staying away. Brilliant location and amazing hosts.
Friendly staff, comfy bed, great shower and delicious food. Really nice location with the surrounding countryside. On a busy main road so thought I might be disturbed by the traffic but it was actually really quiet.
