The location was great. The property was enormous, with plenty of room for us all. Parking was easier and the views superb.

Red Squirrel Hut is just wonderful! The hut was so cosy and absolutely spotless. It was well equipped and there were lots of nice little touches throughout the hut. The welcome hamper and bottle of Prosecco was so thoughtful. The wi-fi was good, the shower was hot and powerful and the bed was really comfortable. We had no issues with anything throughout our stay. Maggie was the perfect host. She was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hut was idyllic and perfect for a relaxing break. Sitting on the decking, listening to the stream and watching the wild birds on the feeder was heaven! The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Warm comfortable and stylish decor , friendly hosts. Good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds and good quality bedding. The wood burner made a very cosy feel to the cottage as we stayed over the winter months.

The cottage is very cozy and comfortable, and has almost everything you need - but no scissors or corkscrew! It's located in a beautiful place with lots to do on the doorstep. It's pretty quiet and peaceful and the owners leave you alone.
