Tumbleweed cottage has definitely got the wow factor. We would highly recommend staying here. Seth and Shaan will make your stay most enjoyable. The bedroom and ensuite was beautifully presented. Tea, coffee and light snacks available. Our evening meal and breakfast was of a high quality and plentiful. You will certainly not be disappointed with your stay. We wish we could have stayed for longer. How Seth and Shaan greeted you, you would think we had known them for a lifetime.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. It is very spacious and easily accommodated our family. It's great having off-street parking as many of the holiday homes nearer to the centre of Lincoln only have on-street parking. Also, having a washing machine and a garden was fab for our grandchildren. We very much enjoyed staying in Clara's Cottage and would definitely return.

The host was very friendly and welcomed us on arrival. We appreciated the consumables that were left such as milk, butter, bread etc. The location was very helpful for a wedding we were attending and it was good to have two showers. There were plenty of heaters around the place which were able to warm us up nicely and there was a log burner which presumably can be used in the winter.

Location brilliant, small touches like dressing gowns and slippers lovely and unexpected, sofa slightly hard but was poss given a pet friendly lodge. 6 year old was obsessed with the hot tub.
Lovely warm welcome. The Lions is beautifully decorated and maintained. We had a very nice twin room overlooking the charming garden. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Coffee, tea and water were provided in the room and we enjoyed sitting in the cosy lounge. We were leaving before breakfast and Pablo provided us with a container with delicious fresh fruit and smoked salmon and avocado sandwiches that made the early start and (sadly) chaos on the trains, more bearable!
Self catering cottage but the welcome pack was good. Location was perfect for the event we were attending. Cottage was very well equipped and had two toilets which was most welcome. Heating and hot water excellent
Trent cottage was in a good location, was comfortable and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. We were given clear instructions from the owner prior and the neighbour was on hand should we have needed anything whilst we were there. We would stay again for sure
The hosts were the picture of perfection from the moment we entered Tumbleweed Cottage; welcoming, charming, enthusiastic and informative with unwavering attention to detail. All aspects of a stay were given the utmost consideration, from in-room snack and tea bar to a full-variety breakfast, including catering for allergens and my fussiness! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
Really beautiful interior. very peaceful. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, I was given freshly made cookies and honestly it was a kindness I didn’t know I needed and I deeply am grateful for that. They were really exceptional and were definitely destined to be hosts of this lovely cottage. The beds are super comfortable and it feels so homey. Cant recommend it enough.
Was a beautiful bungalow. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Very clean. Lovely grounds which had tables and chairs for sitting out on a lovely day. Also had yurts in the grounds which were set up as self catering, all the facilities provided, they looked great! Was about 10 mins out of Newark, set in the lovely countryside.
