The property was clean and comfortable, the garden was lovely to sit in. We had a delicious meal in the Lairds inn, which is a short walk through the caravan park. There were lovely walks in the area.

Staff were excellent they were friendly and helpful. location was central to the main street for the little things you forgot to take with you. Breakfast was very good. Menu for evening meals was also varied and tasty. Very dog friendly our dog would also stay again.

We went as a family of four with two dogs. The location gives that of a rural setting however you are only 20 mins drive from a well equipped town. The cottage was perfect and had everything and more needed, the children loved being outdoors and fishing. The resident dog Oreo is absolutely gorgeous and so friendly the children are missing him already.

really nice cosy lodge with secured decking with hot tub. had all the facilities you would need in the kitchen and the bed was super comfy. the hand soap in the bathroom smells lovely! really clean. 10mins drive from kirroughtree visitor centre that has nice walks for the dog.
The lodge was lovely and well kept and the hot tub was amazing, my daughter and I loved it and it was private which was great, the site was beautiful and very quiet which is what we were looking for and had nice areas for us to walk our dog, would definitely come back again for another holiday 😊
Everything the location was great, lodges were lovely hot tub was hot for going in at anytime of the day definitely relaxing. Nice walk to Newton Stewart with a great cafe to go for some lunch will be back!!
Very quiet, lovely scenery. Lodge was comfortable and had everything you need for a self catering break. Hot tub was great and very secluded, however would have been nice to have option of a parasol or gazebo to shelter from rain. Great that it was pet friendly and secure for your pet
