We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was incredibly peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free stay!

A recently renovated homestay situated in Carnforth, Plough Cottage is a 18th Century barn conversion offering a tranquil rural retreat 9 miles from the Lake District National Park features a garden.

This was the cutest guest house I've ever stayed in. We only thought we would have a small room but it was very decent sized, the ensuite had a bath,there was also a separate shower room. we had a lovely massive living room and kitchen! It was fantastic and only 20 minutes from windermere ! Will deffo book here again. Chris was lovely and gave us some nice tips as to where to go.

In the heart of the natural beauty of the Lake District, Montfort Cottage Guest House is a lovely 19th-century terraced house offering comfortable and well-appointed rooms and free Wi-Fi.

Montfort Cottage is cosy and beautifully decorated. It is located a short walk from Windermere town centre and Bowness. The hosts were marvellous and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and were really helpful with local tips.Thank you Jane and Paul! We will be returning if we visit the Lake District in future.

    The owners were friendly. There was 2 tv’s so no arguing who is watching what. Cottage was cosy. The rooms were lovely new and ironed quilt covers towels all on the beds. Specially liked the oven. Double oven not that I used both at one time. Bonus instructions on how to use it.

    The location was fabulous for the kids and the dog, the whole place was clean, minimalist but still cosy. The shower was lovely and everything was easy to work out and get too. The children loved playing the board games both kids learnt how to play draughts! The Information for the property was useful and straightforward.

    The property has been restored beautifully into a great size cottage for a relaxing break. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment. Having the gated front garden was perfect for our big pooch sniff around.
