Beautiful setting and surroundings at the most perfect little cottage.
I watched the birds feed and the squirrels scurry about eating all the foods left for them whilst I was just sitting at the garden swing reading and drinking my morning coffee. Absolute perfection!!! Jennie is an absolute treasure and such a wonderful wise, funny, gentle and unassuming host and quite possibly one of the most interesting and kind people I've ever met. I just wish I could've stayed a few extra nights as there's so much peace, comfort and space to simply be. I'll definitely be back.

I loved everything the fine detail the host gave for instance my partner forgot his shaving equipment and there was items there so he could have a shave. they thought of everything we will be going back such a clean place in fabulous surroundings. nothing g was too much and they had the most friendliest dog.

Location was fantastic. The weather had been awful so lots of flooding but Susie had prewarned us in a message so no nasty surprises.Beautifully kept old cottage. The entire cottage was well presented,comphy,fully equipped for us and the dogs with complementary tea/coffee and a bottle of wine etc which went down great for new years .Slept rearly well in comphy bed
The location was amazing, and the cottage itself was beautiful. We loved the kitchen and bedrooms, and we will definitely come back. The cottage was clean and tidy and a beautiful space.
Stunning tranquil location. Beautiful little cottage which had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Loads of room for parking and nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy the views and for the dogs to run around. Will be back.
Is it possible to give 12 out of 10?! This lovely cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. The location near the old church and by the river, complete with swans and kingfisher, was so peaceful -- and we barely heard a sound the whole time we were there. The outdoor areas and furnishings were used by us a lot as we had perfect weather. Although we did not meet Susie, she was very friendly and attentive during our communications. We have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place.
The chapel had lovely views over the countryside and you were on a realitve quite lane. The inside of the property was set out well and very clean inside.
