Angela was a fantastic host and made me very welcome whilst staying in her home . Nothing was too much trouble. I stayed in the attic room which was described very well on booking info. It catered for everything I needed. Bed was so comfy, the on-suite meet my expectations too . Tea , coffee etc all to hand, and Free access to WiFi . Access road narrow, so not good for large vehicles . Parking was OK . Breakfast was brilliant. So much choice and beautifully cooked. Definately would stay again and have recommended on trustpilot.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The cottages are a fabulous way to utilise the old farm buildings, which have been created while retaining original feel. The wood burning stove is a lovely addition to the living area and to enjoy during dark evenings.
The cottage was quaint and situated right next to a babbling brook seemed quite idealic. The cottage seemed a little damp with an odd odour and they had a dehumidifier running when we arrived which was noisy but turned off overnight. There was a great laundry with a washing machine and dryer which we definitely used. There was wifi but you had to go out and into the laundry to use it as the signal in the cottage was very poor. The owners explained theyve been trying to sort that for a while with no luck so just be aware of that.
A very comfortable and well appointed stone cottage in a barn conversion holiday complex, set in tranquil surroundings by a stream. Kitchen facilities were very good, although we did note the absence of a microwave. We imagined that the lack of kitchen bench space was the reason. We enjoyed the log fire during the evening.
This is a lovely little cottage on a farm. We stayed in the smaller barn which has 2 single beds and suited us well. We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. The hosts are really nice and welcoming, leaving homemade cake for our arrival. It suits us for a short stay and is well located for town as well as the moors. The pub just up the road is nice with good food and a great beer choice.
Elaine and Robert are a lovely couple and gave us much information about the area. There is a lot to do in Dartmoor!
The house itself is really cozy and comfortable, the beds are very good and the kitchen is well equipped. And even when the weather was bad we felt at home in the large living room!
This little cottage is in a beautiful, picturesque location with a little brook next to it. It was cosy and comfortable amd a lovely tea cake was provided,as well.
