The views from the living room and master bedroom were outstanding. The house doesn't have another one opposite so uninterrupted views of the beautiful lake. Hot tub was piping hot and we spent literally hours in it! BBQ was amazing so we didn't use the cooker once in our whole stay. Lovely towels, robes, and a well stocked kitchen full of utensils and serveware. Lovely fire to put on in the evening and the whole house was beautifully warm and cosy despite being so large.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Granary which was very well equipped, clean and well maintained. We appreciated the instruction manual & information pack which were very useful. The games room was an excellent facility, and we enjoyed playing table tennis and pool.

Great quiet, rural location, 5 minutes drive from town centre, Lidl supermarket, and fabulously friendly Pub The Bee's Knees brisket, ribs ,chicken wings yummm. Owners are super nice and very quickly respond to messages. Andrew gave a lovely greeting and overview of the manse, renovations, and escorted us to our rooms. Bedroom was a good size, with very comfortable bed and field views. our bathroom was large with lovely deep bath tub, double vanities, and just across the hall. Downstairs was a great little kitchen with fridge, cooking tools, oven and hob plus some basics oil, salt for use. We also used an outdoor BBQ! There is also a communal dining lounge where we chatted with another visitor staying on 1 night. parking is at rear of rural property. lovely hoses and 😻🐈‍⬛️

Stunning property, in a wonderful waterfront location. Couldn’t have wished for more. Beautifully furnished and with everything we needed for a home from home stay. The onsite facilities were such a bonus and we enjoyed a meal out, swimming every day and kayaking on the lake. Could have done so much more. Particularly enjoyed the balcony- perfect for watching the sun set. Will be staying again.
