Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

Angmering Home, hotel in Lyminster

Situated in Angmering and only 18 km from Bognor Regis Train Station, Angmering Home features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

We absolutely loved how the home and it felt like our own. We had everything we needed to kick start our holiday, even down to supplying several sized flip-flops to wear around the home. They cater to being able to cook and entertain having every condiment going and also so much equipment we were never short of anything. They had fans in every room to help with the hot weather and on site parking which is rare in Worthing and Angmering. Great colour schemes throughout the house and lots of space for the kids and the adults to have thier own space. Cannot fault the service and responded with any questions withing minutes of texting.

Everything was there that you require for a self catering stay. Andrea even provided a few basics like tea bags, coffee and milk. The location gave good access to Goodwood , Brighton etc. The layout worked for us and the walk in shower everybody used! The outside seating area was a bonus and we enjoyed our evening sitting around chatting, didn't get to use the barbeque.

A one night stay. This is a really beautiful and well presented cabin, in a secluded spot at the end of a large garden. Andrew was a brilliant host; friendly, helpful, and gave us some excellent recommendations for the area. The basket of food for breakfast was lovely. New wifi had been installed in time for our arrival which worked really well. Would highly recommend.

Great little cabin, well decorated and equipped with everything you could need. Homemade baked goods were a nice touch. I was lucky to stumble upon it when looking for a last minute place to stay in the area.

self-catered. The cottage facilities , cleanliness and comfort superb. Excellent hosts, very helpful and charming. Unfortunately location near busy main road and quite noisy. The sitting room and kitchen being upstairs with bathrooms and bedrooms below was a little inconvenient for older persons.
