We were met by our friendly host Denis for the keys, and he showed us around the place. We loved being here and used it as a base to travel to surrounding places. It felt nice to go back to relax after our days out it was very much like a home away from home right down to a very comfortable bed and a shower with good water pressure. It was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed apart from a towel, but we took our own anyway. We will certainly be going back, and I shall be highly recommending my family & friends to stay here.

Good instructions received from owner by text prior to arrival, so check-in was very smooth. Apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. Parking underneath was very useful. Great views across the firth. Fantastic location, handy for local restaurants, bars and take-aways. 15 minute walk to Moray Golf Club. Great breakfast served in Harbour Lights restaurant, just across the quay. This apartment is highly recommended by me and friends who were staying.

Accomodation was excellent. Really well equipped and everything great quality. Kitchen is almost as well equipped as mine which is saying something. Location is great - right on the East beach.

The property was a perfect location for the days we had planned. It was comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. Tracy was very welcoming, keeping in touch during our long drive up and met us at the property, they had bought bread, milk, a bottle of wine and some treats as well as ensuring the tea, coffee and sugar were fully stocked for our stay and were able to provide information regarding local facilities and our planned trips. Would definitely recommend, but not for when we want to book again 😀

Brilliant amount of space, rooms very comfortable. All areas very clean. Upper roof space locked off and not able to use but this didn’t impact our enjoyment of the house. Although in the centre of the caravan park we were not disturbed with any noise.

It's quite nice and cosy. The lodge is well kept and very clean. The owner is very nice and help.The price is cheap and worth it. Would recommend to anyone.
We loved how cosy the inside of lodge was ...home from home.
Decking and seating outside was lovely to sit out and enjoy lunch. Sat listening to all the different birds songs in the evening then walked up to lighthouse and along the beach which is five minutes walk from lodge.
This was easily the best stay of our trip. Alison and Hugh are just wonderful and made us feel very at home. The room was charming - cozy beds and a nice modern bathroom with great bath products. Breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed all the extra touches in the house that relate to it's heritage. It's the kind of place you almost don't want to tell people about lest you can't get a booking when you return!
