Location was beautiful, lodge was so modern and clean with all amenities. Great hot tub. Kids loved the animals and playing football outside. Will definitely be back.
This place is the quintessential B&B, period. A beautifully restored home in Derry. Good location near the city center. Beautiful wallpaper on every surface, including the ceilings! Clean, clean, clean! Very comfortable bed-slept like a baby. Staff incredibly welcoming and friendly. Cozy dining room with a gas fire. Great breakfast- even offered pancakes! Stay here if visiting Derry.
I stayed here with my 3 kids was one of ther first communion fair play to owns who did the place up inside and out lovely touch made that bit more special for him.lovely place so peaceful quiet, animals in fields right outside cabin kids loved ,hot tube cabin it self was lovely fire pit to sat out at night with views omg ..we will be back again soon
The location was a quiet area just off the beautiful Irish countryside. We met Isabel and David who were hospitable warm hosts which made us feel very welcome. Our pod was very cozy and warm with excellent amenities. All the furniture was very clean and the bed was exceptionally cozy to sleep in. We also used their hot tub for an extra £10 per person - which was excellent. We had a private session and were allowed to bring drinks in!
This is the second time that we’ve stayed in Elagh Cottages and again we were not disappointed. Karen is a lovely host- she had left milk and water in the fridge for us, and the the heat was on so it was cosy. She had also left little goody bags for the kids filled with sweets and treats, which is a lovely personal touch. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. I love the peacefulness of the cottages- you’re in the countryside but literally five minutes from everything. We’ll definitely be back again.
The apartment is truly stunning in every sense of the word - stunning views of the beautiful countryside and mountains, stunning facilities (the hot tub was amazing!) and stunning hospitality. Teresa was a very friendly and accommodating host, and the welcome pack with snacks and treats was such a nice touch.
I would definitely recommend staying here for a romantic getaway or a relaxing break to unwind. Hope to stay again soon!
