The views are stunning, and the hut is super cosy and comfortable! The host stopped by and gave recommendations for dinner and had even left a bottle of fizz in the hut as we mentioned it was our anniversary!

A gorgeous place to stay, we loved the living room area, was cosy by the log burner, decorated beautifully, french doors open to back garden where you can hear the river flowing. A kitchenette sufficient enough to cook simple meals. Lovely fluffy towels and robes perfect after a day of walking.

We had a fantastic stay at Pippin Lodge. The building has been freshly renovated to a very high standard, with the downstairs having a lovely farmhouse feel, whilst the upstairs is more in keeping with a boutique hotel, with super comfy beds and a fantastic view. The location is also superb, right on the edge of Bannau Brycheiniog with easy access to mid wales/the coast as well. Look forward to returning in the future.

Extremely quiet in an idyllic location and not too hard to find. Comfortable and cozy with modern facilities and a log burner, the gardens fenced off which is perfect for a dog too. The local pub does great food too!

We had the most amazing time staying in this cottage. The weather was really horrible but that was OK because we had this amazing cottage to spend time in and cosy up in front of the log burner. It's absolutely stunning with everything you could wish for, plus most important of all, it is ultra dog friendly. Ours pups felt really at home and settled immediately!

There wasn’t anything that we disliked really! We had a brilliant time and loved how peaceful the environment was. The cottage itself is super clean, cosy and tastefully decorated with lots of space and a private garden where you can soak up the sun. We had a very comfortable stay and left feeling very well rested and happy. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with Sonia - she was very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries. Thank you!
