The property was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with a good quality mattress. Good mixture of soft and firm. The little sofa was great with the added bonus of foot stools. Place was very quiet and felt very secure with the car being in an undercover car port and double gates closed. Loved the added touches of the welcome basket and free loan of beach equipment (windbreak, buckets and spades, etc). The location was perfect for travelling to local beaches and my favourite place, Padstow. Hosts met us at the gate and said hi if we saw them but didn’t intrude in anyway. Great place for a few days away to recharge the batteries.

The house was clean although a little worn and could have done with a facelift. It was comfortable and spacious but did not meet expectations nor did it truly reflect the description. Host seemed lovely although I didn’t meet them. Too many house rules for a holiday home such as signs in the bathroom advising you to use a toilet brush, and advised of deposit deductions for braking any of the rules.

Location scenic and quiet, if a little remote. Facilities were very good. The hot tub was appreciated, despite a very rainy week. The TVs were appreciated especially by our younger members. The second TV room was liked, and well used. The grounds were well kept, All the fixtures and fittings were of a high standard, Plenty of parking area for cars (up to 4)
most loved was the walk in shower, the hot tub and outdoor seating! my kids would say the secret snug/games room! and the short walk down to the trail!
A beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. The cottage is well furnished and has some lovely artwork. A week was not long enough and we hope to return. The cottage is very dog friendly. We loved the sheltered decking area and sat out a couple of times after a long walk. A real bonus in mid March.
Great location, although difficult to find in the dark so I would recommend arriving in daylight.
