We loved staying with Sandra, Martin and Nellie. They were full of information about things to see and do, as well as the local area, which was interesting! Great walk to the beach, look out point and back!

Everything was wonderful, the property, the hosts, the grounds, the added little details, milk on arrival, dressing gowns, slippers. The place was pristine ! Yes the place is a little drive away from shops etc, but, this is just what I wanted. It was so peaceful & relaxing. I would highly recommend xx

Great location, a short drive a few minutes from the local, superb pub (Black Venus Inn), a bit too hilly to walk after recovering from major surgery! Dogs allowed, the hosts and children came out and made a fuss of our 1yr old malinois puppy and she loved staying on the farm as well. There's lots of good walks around the area (best follow all-trails app) and really superb facilities, which all looked very new and fresh? The welcome pack has some really good quality stuff, including coffee pods and cookies, etc.

Everything in the property was spot on! We only stayed a night but have come home so refreshed and relaxed! We spent most of our time in the hot tub just listening to the birds and taking in the beautiful surroundings! We will definitely be back

Their warmth and hospitality created a home-away-from-home atmosphere. We can't recommend The Annex enough and look forward to returning for another amazing visit! Thank you for everything!

Disgusting! Never again. I booked here for my family and they had booked another family in who wanted to stay longer. They did not apologise and then would not refund my money. Completely ruined my daughters birthday who had traveled 5 hours to get to the property.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Cosy but with stunning views and gardens. Fabulous food; many attentions to detail and perfect for taking a dog. Can’t fault and dying to return. Thank you.
The staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice and recommendations of different places to visit as well as taking the time to talk to me. The food was gorgeous, and the Inn itself was cosy and felt like a home away from home.
Everything was great. Very spacious, clean and well kitted out rooms with fresh milk in a fridge and a coffee pod machine as well as ample storage. The bathroom had those bits you might have left at home, like toothbrushes and combs. Excellent shower and extractor fan.
The restaurant was cosy and comfortable with a warm atmosphere: very rare in hotels. Breakfast was divine.
All staff were cheery and professional.
The setting is idylic. I wish we were able to have stayed longer.
