Had a really lovely relaxing stay at The Hideaway. The hot tub was a lovely addition and one of the reasons we booked The Hideaway. The location was perfect for us and all the places we chose to visit were within an hours drive away.

Very bright and airy and super clean. The garden was amazing for the dogs to run around with the security of them not escaping.

The owner has put a lot of effort into making the premises comfy by including everything needed for a couple to stay for a few days. Every home comfort was at hand. Easy to follow entry instructions were provided prior to arrival..free on site parking and a regular bus nearby into the city.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The hotel is a little dated and tired, but the rooms have been refurbished, the staff were excellent and the cook was 5 star. Room service was excellent everything you needed was supplied and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet location with excellent large grounds especially for dogs. It is a large hunting lodge that just needs some TLC . Very good value for money.
The location is great, the rooms are big and very clean. The staff were very nice and seem to really enjoy working there, I would recommend the Sunday carvery and their large selection of cakes and desserts! Very friendly and cosy, no pretence or weird vibes, just nice and relaxed.
The breakfast was not included in the price but was sensibly priced per item. We had a very good full English and it was served in the bar area with good grace and quite quickly. The evening meal was good and being in the countryside there was no road noise and views pleasant. Nice staff. A bit of a drive from Norwich but in quiet countryside.
Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, well cooked tasty meals, special dietary requests met.The room was quiet and peaceful with comfortable, cosy beds.
