Location is lovely and peaceful and a sun trap on a sunny day. The hosts were excellent when we spoke with them if we needed any further info. Neighbours around the property are lovely and welcoming to the area. The property itself is beautiful and cannot be faulted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back if we need a break away.

A beautiful house, full of character in a wonderfully tranquil setting. Ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet away from the usual hustle and bustle of everyday life. House is extremely spacious and perfect for our needs. We were fascinated to hear Oldwood's history during a tour of Fyvie Castle. We enjoyed wandering through the estate and lochside walks as well as exploring the wider area. We would not hesitate to return.

Location was great. Rural location with good road leading to it. Cottage was very comfortable and decorated beautifully.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The cottage & area were beautiful & so tranquill with every facility to make it home from home. The landlord Bill was friendly with excellent communication & care who went above & beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We'll definitely be booking back here.

Made to feel welcome straight away. Beds were very comfy, nice modern bathrooms with good showers. Kitchen was very clean and well provided. Had to re-tune the TV but got the Free-Sat going, so plenty viewing choice. The cottage garden was nice too with a swing and trampoline for the kids.
A really lovely cottage with everything you need. 2 Bathrooms, cosy beds, nice surrounding. Everybody was friendly. We stayed for 10 days and were sad to leave.

Keepers cottage was very comfortable. It was warm and cosy which was good as the weather was very stormy. Our stay was short and we didn’t require to use all the facilities but could appreciate that there was everything needed for a longer stay.
Previously lived at Huntly and got this place last minute to come and visit family and friends.
Lovely cottage, place was well equipped and comfortable and not that far from Turiff or Huntly.
Granddaughter loved the swings.
The cottage was perfect for a weekend away. It was in a quiet countryside location with everything we required. The hosts were great and made sure we were happy.
