Second time we have stayed at this property. My dad is a wheelchair user and the whole property is designed with a wheelchair user in mind without making it overly obvious. Great location, parking, washing machine and welcome pack. We'll definitely be booking for a 3rd time!

This cottage was amazing. The best we've stayed in and we've stayed in lots. The fittings, quality at every touch point, the location was fantastic for exploring the lakes. Lovely tranquil and peaceful village location. Cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Easy check in, and check out. The fire, bedding was great and kingsize, classy recently refurbed and also modern with the perfect balance of charm too.

It was very cosy and had everything you needed. Beds are comfortable and views and walks are right outside the back door. There is plenty of room and history within the property and there is a sun inn pub 10 minutes drive that serve big portions of food at a very good price which I highly recommend. we will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning property, amazingly friendly hosts and everything provided that you could possibly need. We did not want to leave. The views over the Solway Firth from our window were so beautiful. A gorgeous part of Cumbria with a high spec cottage provided the perfect way to introduce the Lake District to our American friend. We WILL be back.
