Location fab, lovely quiet site, caravan was clean and had everything we needed for a nice 4 day break. Had a journey out to Amble and a fantastic meal at the Cook and Barker Inn at Newton le Moor. Overall it was a lovely relaxing break and the dog loved walking round the lake and in the woods.

The room and facilities were exceptional. The food was equally excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, nothing too much trouble, especially our Uni-friend (sorry, name not noted) who worked hard to please. Surroundings were idyllic.

Idyllic location, big room with a super comfy bed. Amazing bathroom and everything was so clean.
By far the biggest surprise was just how good the food is! Loved the pizza, every dish tasted so good. Best breakfast we've had at a stay in the UK!

A great place to unwind. The breakfast was excellent, a big thanks to Tony who made it feel like nothing was any bother and gave us lots of information about places to visit. Particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Will certainly return again and stay longer.
The facilities were great, good pool with hot tub, sauna and steam room and a superb games room on site! The bosk was cosy and we were made to feel right at home, the room was comfy and the bathroom was incredible and had a very relaxing spa vibe.
We liked how amazing the facilities were and the fact on Tuesday it felt we had the entire place to ourselves to enjoy the pool and hot tub and the sauna was very nice! The rooms were absolutely stunning and the bathroom was amazing and a great size. Where do we start with the bed it was the comfiest we've ever slept in and couldn't believe how big it was!
