Inveravon Holiday Home, hotel in Huntly

Boasting a hot tub, Inveravon Holiday Home is set in Dufftown. This property offers access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi.

I was impressed with how well equipped the house was - even sky tv! Furthermore, there was loads of cutlery, crockery etc - it is so annoying when you stay in a holiday home and there is the bare minimum resulting in having to handwash the cups every time you had a cup of tea. Even the small minutae such as big bags, washing up liquid etc - they were all there for our use. Inveravon was tremendous in that respect. The use of the hot tub was an absolute thrill and highlight of the holiday. I would also like to add that the hosts were very accommodating - whilst we were supposed to leave by 10am, they contacted us to say that this was not a problem and to just leave when we were ready. All these little things made such a big and positive difference.

We loved the old-world charm of this beautiful property, peacefull and full and history. Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, offering great comfort. The highlight was the snug bar, where we had an intimate dinner in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious!!

Mortlach Cottage, hotel in Huntly

Offering quiet street views, Mortlach Cottage is an accommodation located in Dufftown, 34 km from Leith Hall Garden & Estate and 37 km from Kildrummy Castle.

Clean & comfortable. All the facilities worked as expected. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for what I paid. It’s not a modern cottage, more like traditional Scottish. I was travelling on business, but the cottage is a short walk to the world famous Glendiddich distillery & Balvenie castle.

Steading very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Host met us on arrival and checked on us again to ensure we had no issues. Fabulous location - is remote, but if this is what you are after it is a perfect location. Plenty to do around this area. Such a beautiful place and much bigger than it looks. Had everything we needed and more. Really went out their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a baby with us and they had set everything up. The area was beautiful too and safe for our dog. Hot tub was amazing. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Local village was 5 mins drive. We will definitely be back. Thanks to our hosts!

The property was beautiful, such pretty scenery on the farmland as you drive up to the lodge. Inside is so cozy and warm and very clean, everything was set out neatly for our arrival and instructions for wifi and heater etc were in a brochure. The grass garden part attached outside is lovely, only disappointed we had heavy rain during our entire stay but it was still a great experience

This cottage is one of the best we have stayed in Scotland. So comfortable, cosy and in an ideal location. The owners were lovely and great hosts! We loved watching all the animals on the farm out the windows, and the view over the fields was so relaxing. Would recommend 100% !

This is a very comfortable cottage located deep in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need. It is warm and cosy and we particularly liked the wood burning stove. On our short trip we enjoyed visiting the surrounding towns like Huntly and Dufftown. Dogs are welcome which was a big plus and Gale is charming and welcoming host. We would love to stay there again and for a bit longer next time!

sunflower cottage is small but perfectly laid out. it has an abundance of radiators but a highly efficient wood burner does most of the work and creates a cosy feel to night time relaxation. The wet room / loo is always warm and has a good strong shower. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is modern and very workable to do proper cooking.

The cottages looked so nice and cozy, the beds are amazingly comfortable and it feels really remote despite the proximity to Huntly. For us it was a perfect stay.
