Lovely place to stay in a beautifully quiet location. Tian was very helpful and the cottage was spotlessly clean. We could walk our dog in the field attached, which was brilliant. We were staying to attend a family party nearby and this was the perfect place. Very comfortable beds and good sized bathroom.

Location, peace & quiet. The property has views of scenic rolling countryside. The home has plenty of daylight and also with luxury touches, and very comfortable sofa and bed. There is also a log burner which is set up upon arrival ready for use. Bathroom is amazing with plenty of hot water and pressure shower. Kitchen has everything you could ever need👍Hot tub is in a perfect location for the view of the countryside!! The Kings Arms pub is well worth a visit, and within walking distance.
The lodge was beautiful spacious a gorgeous hot tub with lovely furnishings in a secluded wooded area in honiton the only downside is there is no real village pub etc in walking distance but this didn’t bother us
Greg the onsite manager was super helpful when we had an issue with our booking
Absolutely everything was perfect. Private, well-appointed and comfortable - a real home from home (in idyllic setting with a hot tub, deer, a pig and various other delights). Hosts are wonderful.
Loved the location and it was a cosy retreat in the country.
Everything was perfect
The drinks cabinet and the lovely array of breakfast items were a lovely surprise. Thank you
The bed is huge with good quality bedding and cosy blankets. The vintage bath, lovingly restored by Rosa, was absolutely beautiful and a delight to use. The huge shower is the best we’ve used. The bathroom felt like a spa! The cottage was toasty and warm and the thunderstorm was atmospheric!
Located in the quiet heart of East Devon, this was a lovely cottage, warm, cosy and inviting. Just perfect for walking and exploring the local countryside. The cottage was well equipped and with a wood burning stove (as well as central heating) to ward off the cold weather, we had a peaceful, comfortable stay. And we are sure we will be back.
