The property is in a beautiful secluded garden, beautiful pond with waterfall and just a great feel about it. The wagon itself is beautiful, homely, warm, log burner and everything you need. It’s like stepping back in time as you drink tea overlooking the garden, listening the to thunderstorm overhead.
We brought our own milk but there was some in the fridge and a great coffee maker. There is only a cold tap but hot water And shower is in the main house. The toilet (you will need a touch at night) is a natural toilet ( no water needed) but it’s clean and no smells. This is a real getting back to nature place and is so quiet and enables you to unwind and relax. Figgy the dog is beautiful and popped along for breakfast and chilled with us for a while. We had an amazing time and would definitely return

Much bigger than expected and well equipped with a good garden area. Very near Cooden Beach.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
This is your favourite fantasy of a cosy gypsy caravan in the woods come to life, but with better facilities. The hosts are gracious and lovely. And there was a complimentary collie :-)
It more than met our hopes as a beautiful place to spend a January weekend celebrating a family 70th. The accommodation was ideal and everyone was pleased with their bedrooms. The barn sitting room plus two further telly rooms ensured everyone could happily relax. The table tennis and football were also huge fun. The setting of the house was idyllic and the countryside perfect for family walks.
The Wagon was in very good condition and so cute. Beautiful stained glass doors and a wonderful fireplace in the living room. A wonderful garden with a pond and a private area.We spent two wonderful nights at the Wagon. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They gave us a lot of useful information where and what is in the area. Thank you Alex for giving us this unique experience.
