A lovely little cottage which was comfortable and had almost everything we could have wanted for a one night stay. The staff were happy for an earlier check in time which was really appreciated as we were at a wedding at Healey barn for 2. The cottage has a comfortable seating area in front of a fire. Bring some wood if you want to use it. A comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and shower and toilet.
The location is great for visiting near by towns like corbridge and hexham and as mentioned we were attending a wedding at Healey so this accom was great for that.

Beautiful cottage in a secluded location. Easy to get to from the main road and well sign posted. The cottage itself is very cozy and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities you need (WiFi etc) and the hot tub is great to spend an evening in.

Liked most of the accommodation for 1-2 nights. However, It was a small bedroom, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Living area good space . However there were NO blinds on the front windows. If you were sitting /cooking watching TV on an evening or during the day. People would pass your door and could see right inside your sitting area/ lounge. No real privacy except in Bedroom/ bathroom.

Beautiful remote location surrounded by roaming cows and sheep. Lovely cosy cottage with hot tub and beautiful decor inside. Whole stay was outstanding and would love to return again.

We arrived a few hours earlly and they let us check in, was little but very cosy, the hot tub was lovley and the bed was so comfy and a 5 min walk into Bellingham for food and drinks will defo be back. Thank you.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
A wonderful warm welcome, great location right on the bridge and easy access for Vindalonda and Housesteads, great breakfast, cosy and comfortable room.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. We had dinner which was excellent and good value for what we had. Very friendly staff . Breakfast was also excellent and good choices available. The hotel itself is located in a pretty town very close to Hadrian's Wall and in lovely countryside.
Great location for exploring Hadrian’s wall , museums & the beautiful Northumberland countryside. Electric car charger was a bonus! Hosts Lois & David are lovely so warm & generous.
The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms were lovely and the breakfasts perfect. We really liked the location and are thinking of staying there again, hopefully for a bit longer next time. The countryside around is beautiful and we were not far from Hadrian's Wall.
Everything our fourth time at the property the hosts are a lovely couple and nothing is too much trouble room and bed very cosy and breakfast amazing would definitely recommend and will be back again thank you
