The Swan is a beautiful country pub/restaurant with rooms, in a great location on the outskirts of Malvern. Ideally situated for walking in the hills. Our room was cosy & comfortably furnished, and very quiet. Staff were all very friendly and willing to assist. Food in the restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious, breakfasts were exceptional.

Room was spotlessly clean and cosy on a cold night, with a particularly comfy bed. Food was very good and staff attentive. Dinner excellent value with the November pre-booking offer.

The setting for the hotel is beautiful, in front is a traditional green, alongside is a duck pond, and all around lovely countryside. Check in was friendly, we were greeted by friendly staff. Breakfast was cooked very well, in fact all of the food we ate including the evening meal was produced with local produce. The beer garden is well maintained and was very relaxing. All of the staff were friendly and super efficient.
