Location was a bit out of the way - typical for Cornwall, and perfect if you're after peace and quiet at night. We were very lucky with the weather (other than the first day), and the cottage was our place to retire for the night for dinner after a long day out visiting various sites. It was perfect for what we wanted, and great value to boot. Would absolutely return here. Very friendly and helpful host as well, we were allowed to check out an hour later than expected, which really helped us be more relaxed for the long drive back to London.

Great location. 5 minutes from to St. Michaels Mount. The property is also well equipped.
I also appreciate the host's responsiveness. We had a small issue with the shower, and he had it fixed quickly.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The cottage was perfect in every way we could have imagined. It's comfy and in a great location to explore the local area by car and far enough to feel remote. It's kitted out really well with a brilliant oven and bbq/outdoor space. Beds were comfy and when we arrived the place was spotlessly clean.
Really loved our stay and can't recommend this place enough!

We loved everything about this cottage. It was gorgeous, quirky, bright, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and was in a brilliant location for our stay. The garden was great for our dog, safe and secure. It was very private and so peaceful. It really was perfect.
It was a lovely cottage , very comfortable and close to Hayle and St Ives . The bedrooms were nicely decorated and each bed had an electric blanket , the beds were very comfortable. The garden was nice and private with a seating area . We would happily stay there again as it is in a good location for local beaches
Lovely cosy cabin a short drive from St Ives beaches. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Dining/ living room space was fantastic with young children. Some really thoughtful finishing touches left in the property as we arrived on a bank holiday when shops were closed ie bread, milk and eggs.
We were very surprised as it said it all in the title...... A cornish country cottage, furnished and kitted out nothing was amis. It was easy to get to all the beaches and shops nearby even thought we were in the countryside. Well done guys we will be back.
