Location fab, lovely quiet site, caravan was clean and had everything we needed for a nice 4 day break. Had a journey out to Amble and a fantastic meal at the Cook and Barker Inn at Newton le Moor. Overall it was a lovely relaxing break and the dog loved walking round the lake and in the woods.

A beautiful caravan just like its photos with everything you need for a staycation. Bonus outside space if weather is good which for us it was. Lots of extras I didn’t expect like a bag of kids toys which my son loved. The beds were so comfortable too and had a great couple of nights sleep.

Close to the beach and to the facilities area. Loved the caravan location as it was quiet.

Lots of things to do for both adults and kids in the park regardless of the weather.

Lovely house - clean, cosy and nicely decorated. It has everything you need and even had fresh flowers and fruit!
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Really easy check in process and clean cottage. Hosts were great, met them in the pub which is situated in the same grounds and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.
Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area
