Extremely comfortable house and lovely because it’s someone’s home most of the time. Lesley is a very thoughtful host, leaving croissants, butter, milk for guests’ use.

Good location for Goodwood Revival.Unfortunately the weather was not good which made everywhere very muddy especially the lane into the accommodation.

Cosy and well equipped Shepherds hut was perfect for a little getaway. Everything was thought of by the host. Plenty of tea, coffee, bread, jam for breakfast and all the wood we needed to have a cosy fire in the evening with a lovely bottle of wine.
We would definitely come and stay here again.

A very deceptive property which you can't properly appreciate until you are in it. Pretty much everything was of a really good standard. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Toilets on the ground floor and first floor was very convenient. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, crockery etc. and having a dishwasher is always a good thing when you don't want to spend time away stood at a sink.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Milly was a lovely host - she gave us a warm welcome with the most delicious homemade madeleines on arrival. She offers the most delicious breakfasts (including the loveliest home made yogurt). We had use of the snug, which comes with a cosy fireplace (and had freedom to use as much as we wanted!) Located very close to great walks with the most fantastic views of the Downs. Overall a lovely stay - all the small touches made the difference. Thank you!

The house is so beautiful and cosy, the host incredibly accomodating and breakfast was delicious!
Beautifully decorated room, comfy king bed and huge bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. The pub is in an idyllic location in a sleepy little village next to a charming mill pond inhabited by duck, geese, swans with their signets, and a few dozen huge carp.
Charming house beautifully decorated with lovely, extremely comfortable rooms. Host made us feel so welcome with our own bright, cozy sitting room complete with homemade biscuits and hot tea. Breakfast was fine-restaurant worthy, delicious. Absolutely terrific experience all around, I would highly recommend and will definitely rebook if ever in the neighbourhood again. Faultless!
