    Warm friendly greeting when we arrived. The room was cozy and functional (the towels were exceptionally nice). The food was plentiful and good value for money. The setting is really nice and the whole place is dog friendly. Amazing and we’ll be back.

    It is nicely nestled in a sort of outback location, away from the bustle with greenery all around....a step back in time with wooden cabin type accommodation.

    We stayed in one of the external rooms across the car park. It was warm & cosy on a very windy night. We ate in the restaurant, which had a reduced menu as just after Christmas, but there was enough to chose from at a very reasonable price for 2 courses. Breakfast was very good.

    Beautifully furnished, cosy and warm. Very welcoming. breakfast was lovely and the evening meal was exceptional. The best Rump steak I have had in a hotel.

    Location in the countryside lovely & peaceful. Facilities & parking. Not far from Kings Lynn & Beach Resort. We also went to visit the 'Sandringham Estate', well worth the visit. A bit pricey, but that's Royalty for you! :-)

    The room was spotless, cozy and warm in the cold weather. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was lovely. We were thoughtfully upgraded to the other side of the hotel as a party was on and they acknowledged it would be too loud in our originally booked room so we were put in a cabin away from the party.
