I was absolutely blown away by this stunning B&B! It is a truly gorgeous house and the bedroom was huge, super comfortable, wonderfully quiet and amazingly clean. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had away from home, all local produce and cooked perfectly. I had stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Berlin the night before - I prefer Marshwood Farm! The host was so welcoming and lovely, I felt like I was coming to stay with old friends!
I am busy working out other reasons for visiting the area in order to come and stay again, this time with friends and family!

It was lovely, had a small private garden area for my dog which was very helpful, good kitchen facilities to be able to cook along with menu’s for local takeaways if you don’t fancy cooking. The bed is absolutely amazing to sleep on so comfy and easy to get a good night sleep and the lounge is lovely to chill out on and watch the tv. Close to a local co op and fish and chip shop and not much of a walk into town either. Great hosts and very helpful if you have any questions during your stay
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We were in the converted stable block which was cozy and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable even though quite soft. Lots of storage available.
The pub was local to the event we had travelled down for.
The staff, especially Paolo were very friendly and attentive.
Our room was clean and spacious, very old worldly but we liked that (never slept beneath a thatched roof before).
Eton Cottage is a lovely cosy cottage. Really well equipped and comfy beds. We were there 23rd to 27th December and arrived to find a lovely Christmas tree and decorations had been put up.
The location was perfect, we were only 20 - 30 minutes drive to other towns and activity resorts such as the Moors Valley adventure park, 1 hour drive to Bath city centre.
Love all the cottages and village feel to the area.
