Set in a 17th-century former farmhouse just metres from the banks of the River Wye, Parva Guesthouse is less than a mile from historic Tintern Abbey.

Great location (Tintern Abbey, interesting places around to walk to too), nice view from our room (River Wye), Marta was really nice and her husband (we never saw him in person) is an excellent chef, wholly recommend the food (breakfast & dinner).

Edge Barn, hotel in Falfield

Situated in Woolaston and only 30 km from Bristol Parkway Station, Edge Barn features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Absolutely stunning location with fabulous views and in a great area for mountain biking and walks. Plenty of parking. Lovely old barn conversion with plenty of space inside. The king sized bed was comfortable so I think it must have been replaced since the comments about the bed being uncomfortable. The owners were lovely and very helpful.

Easy parking and check in, good sized room, clean. Our room was at the rear and even with the windows open it was very quiet. There was a nice view of the countryside and you wouldn't know you were at a motorway services.

Everything about this place - we had good weather but the place was so comfortable and well-equipped that we needn't have worried if we'd had to stay in. Birds, flowers and farm animals. Good centre to explore unspoilt countryside and estuary.
