I must say this was an absolutely brilliant experience. Not just accommodation was comfortable, clean and we felt like at home. Also communication and all instructions from the host were brilliant and easy to follow.
Location is in quiet area only 10 minutes from Dundee city centre. Groceries shops are very close only a few minutes walk/drive.
Bonus was a lot of games and activities for kids so parents can have some rest after long day 😁
The host went above and beyond, and will definitely be coming back next time we're in Dundee.

Fantastic host, great communication and easy check in and check out process. Off road parking area, property is offset from the main road giving a nice degree of privacy. Surprisingly spacious, the pictures do not do justice to give an indication of size, lots of storage, comfortable beds, brand new TVs in all rooms, fast internet access, and everything you need for a pleasant stay including a fully stocked kitchen, soap, cleaning products, bed linen and towels. Literally the only thing you need to bring are personal toiletries and your own food to stock the fridges/cupboards.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Nice cosy cottage, very cleaned and tidy. Only problem was no internet, they’ve one normal net available which work without password and that tooo wasn’t the best.
We often book The Courtyard for our team members as a base for when travelling for work. The rooms are great - spacious, clean and have everything you need in the well equipped kitchenette for self catering for a few nights, which is how our team prefer to travel. So much nicer than your usual 'high street hotel'. Value for money is good with great flexibility when checking in and out, our team can often arrive late and generally need to check out quite early. I'm sure we'll be booking again before long.
It was really cosy, host very welcoming and friendly and it’s a really cute location and beautiful place. The room felt like you had your own little apartment with everything we needed. Great shower too! Lovely bedding.
Location was perfect - close to the main road but the cottage was far enough off a long lane so perfect for exercising the dogs on short walks and getting into dundee
The cottage where we stayed was delightful having all the amenities you could want. There was good side well appointed shower/wash room a very generous size lounge area, good bedroom and a very clever fold out kitchen. It was situated in a quiet location and the courtyard area was very pleasant with enough space for parking as well as benches to sit in the lovely garden. The owner made us and our Jack Russell Lottie very welcome and did not mind our dog being in the area outside our cottage.
Fantastic location, just off the main road but quiet and rural, with beautiful and varied walking in the immediate area and close by. The cottage suite was compact but very comfortable, warm with plenty hot water and a bath! Dog friendly.
