Absolutely stunning house in a brilliant location right on the seafront at Sandgate.
The house has everything you could want or need for a large family group (as we were) or multiple families with free parking on the road right opposite the house.
Inside the house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and all the equipment you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, large double fridge freezer and an extra small freezer, loads of crockery - inc plastic for the kids! TV in most bedrooms, lots of USB ports).
All the bedrooms are bright, airy and really good size (with at least one en-suite); topped off with the most incredible family bathroom!
All in all an amazing place to stay!

The cottage was extremely well presented and clean throughout. You could tell a great deal of thought had been put into designing and equipping the cottage to provide everything their guests would need. The views from the cottage were over rolling countryside yet it was conveniently located. The host was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

The property has the best view in Folkestone, this alongside the owners being fantastic hosts and giving me daily fresh eggs from their chickens made my stay a fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend and am already planning on booking again in October.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
This property is in a beautiful countryside location not far from the motorway. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathtub was amazing! We also took a lovely country walk down to the local pub which was only 20mins away. Took a drive to Canterbury which was also only about a 25 min drive away. All in all a great stay and we have already booked to come again!
It is an ideal location to catch either the euro shuttle or ferry. It’s set is idyllic country side, which is so quiet and peaceful at night. The accommodation was brilliant, lovely decor and very comfortable. Communication with hosts was excellent. Excellent place !
The property was cosy and full of character, clean and homely. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs as a family of four.
Staff super friendly, very relaxed and made us feel at home. In fact Peter who seemed to be running it very kindly allowed us to make use of our room the whole of the day of checkout as it wasn't booked for any check ins.
Pub/hotel is really special and unique and rooms were cosy

Loved the location, the room and the pub was a proper traditional English countryside pub. The staff were fantastic and catered for our needs and even made us some sandwiches as we needed to leave early to get to the eurotunnel. The fanily room was really spacious and clean . Thank you for being so nice about the issues with our car alarm going off all night.. ..and thanks for the sandwiches they were great..
