The house is lovely, clean and modern with plenty of room and a fantastic decking area. It is set in an ideal location for seeing Whitby and the surrounding area. We all loved the house, bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

The property was very clean and comfortable, well located for travelling around Whitby and surrounding areas.

Clean modern cottage but considering they charge s hefty cleaning and service charge bill it did not smell like a professinal clean had been done before our arrival Positives clean comfy beds but could put sheets on as well as quilts modern kitchen and bathrooms overall a lovely little place though close to town it is a hilly climb back in all directions and steep stairs to loft room.

Really great campsite, the owners are really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities (showers, toilets and kitchen area) are perfect and really clean. There is also plenty of room for the kids to kick a ball around. Although we stayed during a very windy storm we were still warm and cosy in the bell tent with the wood burner and plenty of blankets provided. Great location close to Whitby.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The Postgate Inn is characterful and charming. It has a lovely seating area outside with a fantastic display of flowers and quirky features.
The staff and locals were so friendly and welcoming. We felt very relaxed.
The breakfast was beautifully presented and very tasty!
The restaurant food was first class too!
