Beautifully decorated, looks like newly and well built. Very clean, well kitted out including two modern tv's with all bells and whistles. Nice touch with some appreciated snacks provided.
Plenty big enough for the 4 of us plus 2 dogs who adored the large dog bed and cushion.

Historical building, very quirky and surprisingly big, set in the village and in lovely surroundings. The beds were comfortable and the hosts was helpful and accommodating. The ground floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. We all enjoyed our stay.

Very quaint with lots of original features but also modernised so it’s the best of both worlds. Upstairs the bedrooms are just gorgeous and main room has the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, with the best smelling linen.

Quiet location but with good roads into the surrounding area. Very cosy accommodation with good quality kitchen. Nice secure garden, ideal for our dog to explore. Overall, met our needs for our stay of one week. HAPPY TO RECOMMEND.

Booked on same day as arrival. Hosts were great. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean and the property is a good size.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The bed and sofa are very comfortable and the shower is powerful.
On site hot tub was wonderful and location great for walking to Budleigh Salterton, Otterton Mill and Bicton Gardens. Bus stop is only a ten minute walk away.
The gardens at the property are lovely and you’ll have company of the parrots.
The host was very welcoming and even helped me reverse my car as I was a bit worried about it. Loved seeing the parrots and just a shame I had no time to relax in the hot tub.
The apartment was very private & comfortable & contained all that you needed for a self catering stay, the owners gardens were beautifully kept & the hot tub was fabulous.
The Hosts Rosemary & Ian, We're very warm & welcoming & the grocery pack was much appreciated. Its a beautiful part of Devon with some lovely walks from the door.
Our hosts Carol and Martin were wonderful- very welcoming and so helpful. The cottage itself was delightful and comfortable. Very well laid out with all we needed. And very comfortable beds! The location just perfect for our trip - attending the horse trials at Bicton combined with visiting sone of the lovely Devon Coast.
We loved our stay, Rosemary is a lovely host. We booked skydiving in Honiton which got cancelled on the day, so when we rebook, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!
Facilities were 10/10; a little breakfast hamper and milk in the fridge was very thoughtful! The hot tub was a very good feature, easy to use and access! Towels given for showering and the hot tub. Mini shower products and tooth paste were provided. The studio it’s self feels very private. It just has everything you expect and more :)!!! We loved Buster the dog!!
The location was great we have family in that area so know that part of Devon very well
We enjoyed the use of the Hot tub and the the Gazebo very relaxing after a days sight seeing

It’s a great studio in a beautiful setting, situated in lovely private gardens. Our host was really welcoming everything we could possibly need was provided. The parrot aviaries were fascinating and it was wonderful having the opportunity to use the hot tub.
The property was well located, on the outskirts of East Budleigh and 5 mins drive from Budleigh Salterton’s shops and beach.
The property was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities needed including towels (showering and hot tub). Hosts Rosemary and Ian were both lovely and welcoming. Garden was beautiful kept.
