Bedrule Old Manse Glamping, hotel in Earlston

Located 26 km from Melrose Abbey, 50 km from Etal Castle and 45 km from Traquair House, Bedrule Old Manse Glamping provides accommodation situated in Hawick.

The location was so peaceful and off the beaten track, the horses were an added bonus and the accommodation was exceptional. We're used as a base to see the area and we visited St Abbs, Eyemouth and Melrose abbey to see Robert the Bruce's heart so it was ideal. The basket full of goodies and the eggs and milk was a lovely touch too, we never used the fire pit as it was too windy but hopefully next time we will make use. We will definitely use again . 👌

Unique Off- Grid Beehive Pod at Westcote Glamping, hotel in Earlston

46 km from Traquair House in Hawick, Unique Off- Grid Beehive Pod at Westcote Glamping offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking.

The location was great, really handy for main town. The pod was nice and quirky and glad we have stayed in it. It was a good experience. Beds were comfy. Great place for our dogs as spaces for then to get out and roam (to a certain extent). All required cooking facilities, crockery, cutlery etc were there so no complaints about that. It was cosy, really warm inside once doors were closed. There was a hot tub if you wished, showers if you wished so all required facilities were there.

This is a little gem of a place to stay. I love the convenience of it being on the main A68 to Edinburgh. It is quiet and peaceful despite being on the main road. The family who own it are delightful and nothing is too much of a bother for them. The room is cozy with an external private bathroom. There is a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee. A flask of fresh milk is provided which is a lovely touch. Breakfast is delicious. Overall I highly recommend Broomfield House Bed and Breakfast.

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely, friendly hosts, a lovely big family room. All the beds had electric blankets, such a nice surprise and very cosy beds. Great home cooked breakfast. My 7 year old ate all his breakfast and asked for more, that never happens. Really good food. Would definitely recommend and will look them up next time we visit the area.
