Everything was great the greeting all the way through to the checking out, the pods/lodge/cabin was beautiful, you felt like it was miles from anywhere and it was so peaceful and secluded, the hot tub was spot on and the food was second to none. 5* stay

Lovely hotel, with a really nice garden and stylish interior and a small spa. We loved sitting next to fireplace in the evening which created a very nice atmosphere. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our twin room was small but cosy with all basics that you need for a short stay. Located in a driving distance from the main hikes and attractions. We haven't tried the restuarant, but breakfast was really good. This hotel is dog friendly which nice to see.

A cosy cottage on three levels. The sitting room was comfortable with a log burning stove. All facilities for self-catering were available. The property appeared clean and tidy. A modern bathroom and kitchen. The cottage was well placed for Windermere and Ambleside
