We loved the cottage. The decoration in a warm & cosy style. The facilities and attention to detail were lovely and a good quality standard. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite so perfect if you were 2 couples sharing. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the quiet location only a short walk to shops and amenities. We were very happy that we hadn’t booked a hotel instead as this cottage was much nicer.

Nice rural location on a farm. Close to a road but no issues with traffic noise. Easy access to several local restaurents and pubs as well as Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Accomodation great value for money. Large bedroom with comfy bed and TV. Lounge/Kitchen will microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, in fact all you need includind dining tabe and chairs, settee and another TV. Separate bathroom with bath and shower. Good cotinental breakfast delivered to the room to order each day.

Set in beautiful surroundings within close proximity to Stratford upon Avon (10minute drive), we had a pleasant stay and were welcomed by our hosts despite being somewhat early. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and we'd highly recommend a stay at Larkrise cottage.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Very clean, fully fitted out, perfectly charming farm cottages with awesome beds. Everything you need is there and all communications from Fiona were clear and welcoming.

Beautiful quiet location. Easy check in/check out. Clean and cosy apartment with everything you need for self catering. A Zoo called All things Wild just 2 mins away from the farm which was a nice find for the children. Overall lovely stay.

We stayed at the Woodcut cottage. The property is nicely located in the countryside, only a short drive to Stratford Upon Avon and the Cotswolds. The farm and driveway to the cottages is nicely maintained. The kitchen is new and equipped well enough for a short stay. There is onsite parking. Although it's a self-catering property, there is a Co-op just 3' away. The property was somewhat well maintained, mostly clean and tidy. Hot water on demand.
The ambience which awaited us was lovely. We found a small fireplace switched on and a lovely tree. We love the decor and the simplicity the cottage offered. We enjoyed every moment.
The property had everything we could need from a holiday cottage with no detail missed, right down to the fresh pint of milk in the fridge. Our cottage was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and cosy.
The outdoor courtyard was perfect for relaxing in the sun and the handy guides and local information in the room was brilliant for guiding us to eat and explore.
Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Excellent holiday cottage with everything you need and a very high standard. Very cosy and clean with amazing countryside around. Very highly recommended.
