We loved EVERYTHING about this stay. It had everything we needed. The lodge was clean and modern with log cabin features. The location is beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. Paul the owner was lovely. They went the extra mile by having hot tub & wine ready on arrival.

This was perfect for a quiet and relaxing couple of days. The views from our window were lovely and we were nice and cosy in the cabin. The hot tub looked fab but it was a bit wet and miserable when we were there so didn’t brave it. We somehow got ourselves a little lost when we arrived but Paul and James were on hand to lead us to the accommodation. We loved our stay and very much look forward to returning.

Idyllic location, so peaceful and quiet - all you can hear is the occasional quack from the geese on the lake. Beautiful lodge with everything you need for a comfortable stay - the hot tub was a huge bonus!! We also booked the horse riding which id thoroughly recommend, Maggie was a wonderful person to ride with around the amazing fields where we saw lots of deer, hares, pheasants and geese on our ride! Thank you so much, we’ll be back!

Really lovely cosy cabin, very well appointed. Lovely peaceful location, so nice to look at the stars from the hot tub! My 15 yr old also loved it, so much so that we stayed an extra night! Paul was very friendly & helpful, delighted to find a bottle of wine in the fridge on our arrival as well! Worth noting that while it says no internet access, we had excellent 4G coverage & we’re able to hotspot to the smart TV! We’ll definitely be back!
