Whats not to like at this place! wonderful! so clean and fresh. the breakfast was amazing! Jane & her husband are really nice people. they both made you feel so welcome. nothing was to much trouble. shower and toilet spotless. bedding and rooms perfectly clean. Our stay was worth every penny. I have stayed in hotels and Bed & breakfasts over the last 25 years, and this one is the best one so far. cant wait to return here.

Everything!! Nick and Kiri are great, we managed to get a last minute booking here and then extended for another night. The property is stunning, the beds are super comfy and the place is so clean. We was out feeding the animals.. alpacas, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits etc etc. Can’t fault this place or the people. Highly recommend

The location was stunning and the locals very friendly and helpful. The cottage was characterful and cosy. It was well stocked with items that made the stay comfortable and practicality was well thought of. It was in an ideal location for visiting Exmoor Zoo (reason for our stay) and Ilfracombe was just the other side of a hill within easy walking distance. The convenience store at the top of the road was really useful.
The person listed as our emergency contact did all he could to resolve the Wifi issue and was very friendly and willing to help as much as he could.

The cottage was kept clean and beautiful. It has a homey feeling, very cozy. Very nice to relax after a day out. Beds, pillows and duvets were comfortable and clean.
Lovely location for visiting fabulous beaches and countryside for walking our dog. Comfortable Cottage with great outdoor space too!.. we had a lovely weekend and would love to return in the summer to make the most of the outdoor space.
This is a lovely cottage, very comfortable and cosy. Wood burner, big garden, nice artwork, comfy beds. We really enjoyed our time. North Devon coast was close by with lots of great walking and beach options. Would highly recommend.
cosy cottage set in the most beautiful quiet and peaceful setting. The owners had provided us with every we needed. loved the Easter chocolates and hot cross buns. We were allowed to walk our dog anywhere on the land ( on the lead ) and got to meet the alpacas. perfect place to stay and such friendly owners. Thank you for a wonderful stay
Very cute and cosy cottage with lots of space. The electric fireplace is a great addition to the living room and really adds a homely feel. Also really appreciate the extra mile they go to compost and recycle.
Beautiful cosy, cottage - so comfortable, warm ,spotlessly clean, very well equipped . Pet friendly. Excellent location~ close to the beautiful North Devon beaches, local family attractions, walks etc. Very friendly hosts. The area is lovely and quiet. The cottages have a games room and playing field with football nets to keep kids/ teens entertained. I would definitely recommend Yetland farm cottages. Please note - re photos - we didn’t need the second bedroom hence beds not made up.
