Beautifully decorated and with every facility you could want. The patio doors were just perfect in the beautiful weather we were having. We had a lovely walk to Lyme Regis by the river. Directions were very welcome and easy to follow. We hope to visit again!

Lovely place to stay in a beautifully quiet location. Tian was very helpful and the cottage was spotlessly clean. We could walk our dog in the field attached, which was brilliant. We were staying to attend a family party nearby and this was the perfect place. Very comfortable beds and good sized bathroom.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
This accommodation was on a room only basis, but there was a complimentary breakfast offered upon our arrival, which was an unexpected added bonus. The host was top notch as were her ‘little helpers’. The location was great, offering splendid views of the surrounding countryside.
The cottage was lovely, very roomy (as there was 8 of us!) and well kept.

We stayed for the he weekend for a family birthday and didn’t feel like we had enough time at the property, there was lots to explore in the surrounding area and we ran out of time! would definitely go back.
First class Guest House with spacious and very comfortable bedroom with nice facilities including a small fridge. Simon and Libby who own the establishment are very friendly and helpful. Very nice lounge area with an extensive library with books covering a variety of fiction and non-fiction titles. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast with a variety of options. Perfect accommodation for a stay in Seaton and visiting the surrounding countryside.
