Lovely feel about the place. Very clean and the owner had kept in touch before hand and came down to meet us at the site. Lovely hit and site an plenty to do nearby. Really enjoyed our day and would definitely return and recommend.

good facilities and very relaxing. we were visiting family so location for us was perfect. free wifi and tv facilities for entertainment were appreciated. We would certainly stay here again as we have many family to visit in Selkirk. Perfect property to take our small dog with the small garden. On street parking difficult as it is opposite a primary school however delighted to discover on of the playgrounds is open to the public for parking and a 2 minute walk to property

Ros lives nearby if you need anything and was happy to give advice about places to visit and how to get there. We also met the gorgeous puppy Otis. All in all a lovely few days, thank you
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Ros was a lovely host and the cottage was beautifully presented with everything you needed for your stay . Gorgeous weather meant we used the outside space too .
The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The location is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Scottsh Borders attractions and Nurthumbria & Hadrians Wall, so there is more than enough to see and do. Lovely garden and private, off road parking for a couple of cars. The owners were helpful but not intrusive.
Stunning location, so peaceful. Easy drive to Hawick for shops etc. Beautiful garden to sit in, everything provided. Super comfy cottage, has everything and more for a fantastic stay, beds were are dream !
Ros was at hand if we needed anything, plenty information for walks around the area. Loved the photo on the wall of the progress of the cottage… you have done an amazing job !! It must have some amazing stories to tell ❤️
Lovely location, cottage, lovely, great secure garden, field for the dogs to run and play on.
The cottage had all that you needed for your stay, great kitchen, that I would normally find a gripe as someone who cooks while away, but no complaints. it was bigger than the pictures looked, and done out lovely. We will be back, great location for getting out and about and relaxing.
Friendly welcoming host. Lovely cottage, cosy and warm with lots of space in the sitting room and bedrooms for the whole family to relax in. Luxurious beds and bedding, fantastic range of games, reading materials, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, clean and has everything we needed.
