Spacious house with beds for everyone, close enough to the town to walk (although Rochester is quite steep/hilly FYI) / We had a prior booking cancel on us same day, and this place was able to accommodate us at the last minute, which was useful.

Charming hosts . This property is modern and clean and very well equipped. Our stay was very comfortable and we had everything we required. The only draw back for us , as we were cycling, was that it was at the top of a very steep hill

Very cosy! It felt like I was at home, very clean, as shown in the pictures, and located in a great location, less than 2 minutes from the station. The property owner was very clear with the instructions about getting into the studio. I stayed alone for overnight, and I didn't feel unsafe at all. There is a ring door bell for the safety of whoever will be staying there.
