We went to chill, and be by ourselves, and that’s exactly how it was, nice to be able to cook on the fire outside as well as cooking availability inside the hut, bed very comfortable, seating area outside very relaxing, fire outside to light if the night air gets too cold, the hut is nice and warm, lovely shower, everything is there that you need. The ponies are beautiful and so photogenic 😊, a beautiful cat that is so friendly and welcoming, lovely walks on the clay trail, the owners can’t do enough for you, but also leave you to it. This is a place not to be missed, you really need to visit it, it’s what you need to get away and discover yourself and chill out away from everything. Beautiful 🤩

We stayed in the Villa which was is outstanding. Antonia gives excellent recommendations for the area and places to eat and drink. Charlestown is an excellent place to stay and the villa was in the heart of Charlestown.

A comfortable, well appointed lodge located in beautiful gardens. It was a great place to stay, our Lodge had a well equipped kitchen and a stunning bathroom, the king size bed was comfortable and the living area was cosy. Pinetum is perfectly situated just outside St Austell and is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. There is also the added bonus of being able to explore the beautiful grounds, we will definitely be returning!

It's a lovely location on the side of a hill, slightly difficult to find and locate the parking space but we got there! Also I hadn't realised that the entrance was either via a slope or by steps, which was fine with me but not so great for my friend who has mobility issues. I didn't notice anything on booking.com about access. I was pleased to find a bungalow with no internal steps. We loved the view out of the patio doors across the valley, the sound of the trains, the peace and quiet. Every room was clean and well-prepared with clean linen and towels. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cottage. The house is cozy and very well equipped. The location is a dream, the beach is only a short walk away - every window offers a great view of the sea. We also loved the terrace and the beautiful garden. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is available and in very good condition. We can only recommend it and would love to come back again.
The location makes it convenient to walk to local beaches or travel east and west. Easy to find as host supplied good instructions, It's a cottage so not loads of space, 5-6 people would make it crowded, plenty of hot water, nice shower but one wc is a disadvantage. The beds are nice and comfortable, choose a front bedroom if you like blackout curtains.
The location, the cottage and garden were amazing, the place is better in real life than the photos, a really special find and I know we will visit again. Thank you Mo , we loved our break and will look forward to returning.
The cottage was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean with absolutely everything we needed. The small touches included, but often forgotten in holiday cottages made all the difference. The location was great to easily access beaches, Charlestown harbour (which is stunning) coast paths and the Eden Project is only 10 mins away by car and Fowey 20 mins. The underfloor heating was toasty, and the wood burner with complimentary logs was a lovely touch.
Lovely cottage, clean and bright and comfortably furnished. Well equipped kitchen. The cottage is much bigger than it looks in the picture, I am a large build and was a little worried that the rooms might be very small, but they're not - they are spacious and airy.
