We stayed here as an overnight stay before going to the theme park, the cottage was cosy and exactly what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. The alpacas outside were great too ! Great value for money and would recommend as a good place to relax and unwind, very peaceful.

Absolutely beautiful property, very clean, and spacious for family of 5. An incredible host who went out of her way to decorate and accommodate for a birthday and anniversary celebration which made the stay extremely special. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Peak District.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Loved the farmyard setting with friendly dogs, cats, hens, ducks and horses. Milk and fresh eggs from the farm awaited us in the fridge. We were given a warm welcome and introduced to the animals. The hosts went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Very relaxing, just sitting on the steps to the showman's van watching the puppies play. The van itself was cosy, clean and nicely decorated. Woke up to beautiful views of the countryside from the very comfortable bed.

The cottage is lovely and cosy and after a wet day in Alton Towers it was nice to come back into the warmth. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to make our own pizzas for the night. Will definitely book again as it’s only a ten minute drive to Alton Towers so the location is perfect. The cottage is beautiful and is like a little home away from home
Lovely cottage - well -equipped kitchen, heating came on for chilly morning, nice and clean, convenient for Alton Towers. Owner quick to.help with queries and wifi/house/parking information clear and easy to follow. Even welcomed with a bottle of wine! Owner very kindly aged to.give me a discretionary earlier check-in.
The Hot Tub and Sauna were exceptional

The yurts are fully packed with everything you need, lovely log burner with oven, a gas stove, super comfy bed and beautiful lights to set the cosy atmosphere.
The views were just beautiful, we stayed in elderflower lodge and being able to sit in our hot tub and look over at the field of lambs and hilltops in the distance was so peaceful!

Staff were friendly and helpful and showed us around this beautiful gem. The yurts are gorgeous, the private hot tub was set up on our arrival and we were the only people on site so we had the sauna to ourselves! The staff have thought of everything and more. A guide book and staff recommendations for the area with beautiful walks and a lovely local meal out. Everything was perfect!

Amazing welcome, the yurt was all warm and toasty and the hot tub was ready. The owner was so nice and helpful. The use of the other facilities were great, a large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and sink. The sauna was fun and running across from the hot tub in the rain made it. Went with a 9 year old and a 1 year old. Had a fire guard and loads of safe space to run around and explore outdoors. We all loved it. The biscuits were scrumptious, the best.
