We stayed here as an overnight stay before going to the theme park, the cottage was cosy and exactly what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. The alpacas outside were great too ! Great value for money and would recommend as a good place to relax and unwind, very peaceful.

A beautiful cottage, fully equipped and great for an overnight stay before a day at Alton towers. A 2 minute drive. The owners clearly have put a lot of thought into the needs of their guest. Would definitely return.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The cottage as a whole was in a lovely location and well situated for us to go to Alton towers .
The jacuzzi was an added bonus
The cottage was what needed for the 10 of us enough room that you didn't feel on top of each other

Location was great, some nice walks into the village, nice and peaceful. Good for dog walking. Ordered a hot tub for the week end, it was all ready for us to use on arrival. Very friendly hostess, Linda.
Really lovely cottage picturesque in a lovely rural location secured in a gated property it has everything you need and we had a really comfortable stay the owners were really friendly and so helpful I had a damaged tyre on the car and they were willing to take me to the tyre shop on a Sunday to get it fixed. Went above and beyond to help 😊
