Beautifully clean and welcoming cottage, with lovely extra touches of hospitality (eg. bread, butter, OJ, milk, tea & coffee). The spiral staircase is a lovely feature - (though note my other comments below if you're at all unsteady). The back garden was a perfect little private space, leading from my favourite room - downstairs kitchen/diner with sofa and table. I appreciated the clear, friendly, non-intrusive booking communication, and the warm, spacious accommodation. Altogether it was a really good base for exploring North Wales.

Wonderful stay at the caravan. The caravan is exactly as described and seen on the photos. It has everything you need and is comfy and cosy. The location is amazing! It is very rural as described but that's what we wanted. The scenery and area is beautiful to explore! We loved being free in the countryside! Paul the owner is lovely and very helpful.
Location was beautiful, couldn’t fault the layout of the place. All cabins were nicely spaced apart and the lakes were stunning. Our deck had a lovely hot tub and bbq facilities - would come more prepared next time
Location peaceful and 10 mins off A55. Upgraded from a Pod to a Lodge. Lodge was good size, comfy beds, ensuite in master was a great addition. Kitchen was well furnished. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The hot tub was fab.
We stayed in studio with lake view which is cabin 25 / lark pod. Even though it is small it is very intimate and completely hidden from everyone else in the trees. We had a duck couple who stayed with us and were so cute. The ground is massive and it’s really lovely there. The hot tub was a lot of fun! It also comes with cups towels cutlery all stuff you need for cooking. We ordered from a local food place too which was nice and came rather quick. Wifi worked well but also both had good signal. Staff were very kind
it was really quite and peaceful the hot tub was beautiful especially at night time :) inside the cabin it was really cosy and I slept so well on the pull down bed. I would definitely recommend to anyone
