Second time we have stayed at this property. My dad is a wheelchair user and the whole property is designed with a wheelchair user in mind without making it overly obvious. Great location, parking, washing machine and welcome pack. We'll definitely be booking for a 3rd time!

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The bed was comfy, access was easy, self catering facilities were good, fantastic price and very convenient, exquisite views and very near a lake for wild swimming
The hotels history added to our experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was gorgeous. The location was idyllic and breathtaking.
Incredible views, cosy and very clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The staff are very welcoming and approachable. The restaurant connected to the B&B is amazing. Well worth the money.
Comfortable, relaxed, great location. Room was very clean and loved the freestanding bath! Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Cosy bar with wood burning stove and good bar food - makes a change to have 4 veggie options on the menu!

Relaxed atmosphere, well priced, crazy good location. The self catering kitchen was good. Cooked breakfast was good. Had a good vibe with people of all ages and people enjoying the ethos of the yha. An excellent stop on a trip or base to explore from.
The yurt was so cosy and well kept. Lots of thought had been put into it.
The facilities were great with running water in an outside kitchen area so you could clean up. There was even a hob for cooking on if you didn’t want to have a BBQ.
There is a compost toilet if you wish to use it however the toilet block isn’t far away.
Great pubs and restaurants close by too.
