Larkrise Cottage Bed And Breakfast, hotel in Broom

Set in beautiful Warwickshire countryside surrounding Stratford-upon-Avon, Larkrise Cottage Bed and Breakfast offers traditional cooked breakfasts and cosy bedrooms.

Breakfast was very good. We both chose the Continental the first morning, good quality cereals. The second morning we had poached eggs on toast. The eggs were from their own chicks

Huge and lovely traditional house in the heart of the village. Very clean. We found it to be very warm and cosy - the photos don't show it as good as it is. Downstairs wetroom and a family bathroom and an ensuite (both upstairs). The car parking space is right next to the door of the property - so no steps etc. Two pubs within a few minutes walk and a very friendly cafe 50 yards away, also a couple of restaurants which are well worth a visit (Have to mention The Bridge in particular).

All the facilities were new. A detached bungalow so no noise issues with neighbours. Parking for up to 3 cars. In Broom there are 2 excellent pubs offering great food. Tea, Coffee and milk were there for us.

Very quiet. Very good kitchen appliances. Lovely towels. The design and layout of the bungalow has been very well thought out. The owner replied to our emails and questions very promptly. We left an item by mistake and he told us very promptly. He then 'went the extra mile' to return it to us.

A lovely cosy homely family residence. Clearly a family home . Very clean very well equipped , like the previous residents have just walked out. Lovely location in the centre of the village , 2 pubs within walking distance , a couple of takeaways and a local store . Lovely walks along the river, bus stop right outside for the bus to Stratford
