Lovely cottage, great location for starting the coast to coast walk. Our host was very accommodating with helping us sort out our Sherpavan luggage pick up from the property.

Perfect space for a family break away. Pub next door is great for food and drink. Ideal for a lazy couple of days away or long walks if that's your thing. Staff are friendly. Lodge has everything you would really need. Would definitely come back.

We had a really lovely stay at Bank End. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. Everything practical was catered for, well stocked kitchen and utility room, comfortable beds, log burner with all you need for a fire, plus the lovely extras such as the very extensive book shelves, record player, board games and info on local attractions and walks. The cottage is very well located for nearby beauty spots and has a lovely quiet garden. We highly recommend Bank End and would definitely stay here again.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The view is amazing if you like the sea. You no what it is what it is. Its a shed on a beach. Its quirky. Its comfortable. Romantic. Quiet
No one bothers you. Would i stay again most definitely. Its different to anything else.
